Petri Lyytikäinen, CTO and Head of Services, Nokia Siemens Networks Canada
Petri Lyytikäinen has a dual role at Nokia Siemens Networks Canada (NSN) as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Services.
As CTO, Petri is responsible for understanding the Canadian market place, the needs of Canadian operators and their unique technology requirements, and ensuring Canada is considered as part NSN global business & product lines. In this role, Petri also leads NSN’s technology engagements with operators as well as its sales & services teams.
As Head of Services, Petri leads NSN’s Professional Services business in Canada including network implementations, network planning and optimization, consulting & systems integration, CARE & support services and managed services.
Prior to joining the Canadian operation, Petri headed Nokia’s global Packet Core Business Line based in Finland for six years and spent three years on assignments in Dallas and Silicon Valley.
Petri has been with Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks for over 20 years and has held various global senior management positions. Petri has developed vast experience in business management, R&D, technical support, customer operations and business transformation programs.
Petri earned a degree in Software Engineering and Programming from The Institute of Electronic Data Communications and a degree in Marketing & Business Administration from The Finnish Business College.
